Matt Hartman Joins Schneider Downs as Senior ESG and Sustainability Manager

Schneider Downs Expands Management Team

PITTSBURGH, PA—Schneider Downs & Co. announces that Matthew Hartman has joined the firm’s Risk Advisory Practice as Senior Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Sustainability Manager.

Mr. Hartman has 10 years of experience, in both Pennsylvania and Ohio. He brings an array of experience in corporate sustainability and reporting, development of ESG programs and ESG data sourcing and governance. Matt has previously delivered initiatives in line with the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), amongst others. 

Mr. Hartman will aid Schneider Downs’ clients in designing, enhancing, implementing and evaluating organizations’ ESG practices.

Mr. Hartman received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University.
