The period for applying to Pennsylvania’s Education Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program begins July 1 for new applicants. The program is very popular and availability of credits is typically limited.

Credits are issued on a first come-first served basis and specific credit types sell out quickly. Entities applying late or for credits already sold out may not receive their first choice or may be put on a waitlist.
