Last month, Steve Barber and Henry Szymanski from our Auto Dealer Advisory Group attended the 2018 Pennsylvania Automotive Association (“PAA”) Fall Conference held at the Fairmont Southampton in Bermuda.
As a Bronze sponsor of the event, Schneider Downs was invited to present at one of this year’s business sessions. Henry represented the firm as a panel member discussing the topic Cost Containment within the Dealership Environment.
Other informative presentations included:
Strategies to Dominate the Market – Cory Mosley, Mosley Automotive
Using Data to Better Understand and Reach your Target Customer – Travis Flood, Comcast
Is the Sky Falling? Dealership Values and the Buy-Sell Market in a Shifting Auto Retail Climate – Erin Kerrigan, Kerrigan Advisors
In closing the business sessions, the PAA’s John Devlin, Mark Stine and Chad Marsar provided updates and insights on current Pennsylvania legal and political matters.
The final event of the conference was the Chairman’s Dinner, an elegant evening of socializing and networking with many members of the automotive community from throughout the Commonwealth.
As a recurring Fall Conference sponsor, Schneider Downs recognizes the importance of the PAA’s on-going regulatory influence, its role in educating dealers, and the value of its membership events. Of course, coconut palms and sunshine will always enhance the experience and outlook for us Pennsylvania natives!
